SOLUTION
The business relationship has allowed us to improve and develop processes related to information security, by incorporating new figures who are responsible for the security of the company's services with the creation of the position of IT security manager. We have used the Design Thinking methodology and the Canvas model for our sector, which make it possible to create innovative ideas that focus their effectiveness on understanding and solving real needs of our users.
We have offered Havana Club International S.A. the Advanced Monitoring of Networks, Users and Devices through the deployment and optimization of SIEM Solutions (that allow the detection and analysis of threats in real time), Analysis of information security incidents, through the management and response to customized security incidents under good practices and procedures for their management.
