AFT SCANNER

Mobile application for the counting and control of Tangible Fixed Assets.

An application with a simple and intuitive interface for the user that, through a web service, is capable of having all the information on the entity's tangible fixed assets (AFT) for counting.

The system is first based on the identification of the AFTs using a QR label, which contains the data required in the SC-1.07 model, to then scan each one and carry out a count.

In this way, the review of AFTs is achieved in a more agile and effective way. Generating AFT surplus and shortage reports.

The app is also capable of exporting a database with all the information so that it can be consumed by the same app on another device that does not have access to the web service; so it will work in any company environment.

The app can be used with any financial accounting system that has AFT information since, to do so, it would only be necessary to modify the web service that brings the information from the database server.
