The system is made up of three main modules:

 

1. Visitor control module:

In this module, initially, the Nomenclators are managed such as: Organization, Company, Country and Identification Document in order to record the photos and data of people who visit the entity for the first time, entry and exit times. in addition to the temperature with each authentication on the device. For each person registered in the system, another form is prepared with the information of the worker or area they are coming to visit. It has a black list where the data of people who are prohibited from accessing the center appears and finally, the module has a view with the visit records with all their associated data.

 

2. Attendance control module:

In this module, the attendance cards of each worker belonging to the entity are managed, as well as their incidents. For each worker, a record will be kept of the area and address to which they belong, the schedules and the regime by which each worker will be governed, as well as the codes assigned to each incident. Area managers and human resources specialists will be in charge of managing incidents. Each worker will be able to access their attendance card remotely. This module operates on its own for attendance control, but it also has integration with the GREHU human resources management system, which allows it to interact directly with the attendance control of said system.

 

3. Performance Evaluation Module:

Focused on the recording of worker evaluations based on the methods established by the entity for this purpose, allowing each worker to carry out their self-evaluation and the bosses to verify and issue their final evaluation. The system averages the evaluations for quarterly and annual payments taking data from the monthly evaluations, as well as the treatment of nonconformities in the registered evaluation. It also has the type of evaluation by competencies, where each area manager evaluates their workers and they can remotely establish their agreement or not with it, being visible in both directions.

 

This system works in conjunction with facial recognition devices with an integrated thermometer that supports the temperature measurement function, it accurately measures the temperature of the human body, and alarms when the temperature is too high. FUNCTIONALITIES:

• They have a sophisticated biometric algorithm. This allows us to detect whether the face to record attendance is real, a photo or a video.
• Without the need for contact with the device: By marking without interaction with the device, it allows the user to feel more secure. Only the face will be the only means to verify your presence in the workplace.
• Measures temperature: It can detect people's temperature at distances greater than 3 meters from the device. If the temperature is higher than 37.5°, it will alert the administrator about it.
• Detects the use of masks: These types of devices for attendance control with facial recognition are also able to detect whether or not the person is wearing a mask.
• Integrated with control and assistance: In this way, companies or organizations save costs by having two systems in one.
