The OSDE Organization and Planning Directorate sent an acknowledgment to the Information Technology Company for the work carried out by the OSDE Attention group, which provides technological solutions at the Central Office of BioCubaFarma, one of our main clients. This group responds in a timely manner to any difficulty, with respect, good treatment and quality service. The objective of the OSDE Attention Group is to guarantee the efficient and quality implementation and support of information and communication technology solutions. Among the main tasks they have are:

Support to the computer systems implemented in the OSDE

SIPAC
RECOMPLUS
Assistance
SISCONT5

Coordinate and organize the videoconferences requested through the Trueconf application.
Guarantee the proper functioning of the computer and communications equipment, and of the network services.
Reinstallation of points of the cryptographic network VIPNET and installation of new requests
Compliance with the BioCubaFarma Cyber security Task Plan.
